According to sources, last month, following strict orders from the DG SBCA<\/strong>, the Director Central and relevant officials<\/strong> carried out a demolition of the third floor at Plot 4C. However, the builder has restarted construction<\/strong> in defiance of these orders.<\/p>\n

Local residents expressed concern over the builder\u2019s audacity, saying that the builder mafia appears so powerful that it ignores directives from the DG SBCA, Director Central, DC Taha Saleem, and SSP Central<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Residents have condemned the authorities\u2019 silence on illegal construction, calling it either collusion with the builder mafia or administrative negligence<\/strong>, and have demanded immediate and strict action from the DG Sindh Building Control Authority<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
