ISLAMABAD (HRNW):<\/strong>The government briefed a delegation of Jamaat-e-Islami on matters related to petroleum products and fuel prices. Federal ministers Ali Pervaiz Malik and Azam Nazeer Tarar, along with Minister of State Bilal Azhar Kayani, informed the delegation about the government\u2019s measures concerning fuel pricing and supply.<\/p>\n

During the briefing, the government discussed the seven-day average pricing mechanism, uninterrupted fuel supplies, and targeted relief proposals for motorcycles, rickshaws and small vehicles.<\/p>\n

Officials also briefed the delegation on plans to upgrade refineries to produce Euro-V standard petrol and reduce dependence on imported fuel.<\/p>\n
