Islamabad (HRNW)-\u00a0The total number of registered voters across Pakistan has reached 136,869,217, with the voter count increasing by approximately 295,000 over the past two months, according to statistics released by the Election Commission of Pakistan.<\/p>\n
Punjab has the largest voter population at 77,571,216, including 94,582 new voters registered during the two-month period. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has 23,492,258 registered voters, with an increase of 85,309.<\/p>\n
Sindh\u2019s voter population stands at 28,741,092, reflecting an increase of 65,345, while Balochistan has 5,800,154 registered voters after an increase of 37,372. Islamabad has 1,264,497 registered voters, including 12,210 added during the period.<\/p>\n
Among districts, Lahore has the highest number of registered voters, with more than 7.412 million, while Sherani has the lowest, with around 52,000 voters. Other major districts include Faisalabad with 5,583,461, Rawalpindi with 3,495,001, Multan with 3,277,884, Gujranwala with 2,962,772, and Sialkot with 2,960,283 voters.<\/p>\n
Karachi has a total of 8,053,580 registered voters. Its district-wise figures include Central 2,277,495, East 1,806,179, Korangi 1,630,590, South 1,313,906, and West 1,025,410.<\/p>\n
In Sindh, Khairpur has 1,450,378 voters, Hyderabad 1,287,640, Naushahro Feroze 997,162, Badin 996,858, Ghotki 987,298, and Shaheed Benazirabad 987,125. Sukkur has 882,050, Mirpur Khas 914,290, Larkana 918,592, Tharparkar 778,914, and Umerkot 625,238.<\/p>\n
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar has 2,245,452 registered voters, followed by Mardan with 1,643,274, Mansehra 1,182,277, Charsadda 1,138,099, and Swat 912,653. In Balochistan, Quetta has the highest number at 948,657, followed by Pishin 347,091, Khuzdar 320,871, Kech 287,518, Nasirabad 257,501, and Chaman 207,882.<\/p>\n
The Election Commission data further shows 152,555 registered voters in Dera Bugti, 152,866 in Hub, 150,352 in Jaffarabad, and 149,337 in Gwadar.<\/p>\n
