A total of 30 million shares will be offered, with 75 percent, or 22.5 million shares, allocated to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors through book-building. The remaining 7.5 million shares will be offered to the general public for subscription on September 28 and 29.

The floor price has been set at Rs40 per share and may rise to Rs64 depending on investor demand. The company could therefore raise between Rs1.20 billion and Rs1.92 billion through the IPO.

Topline Securities Limited and Growth Securities Limited are serving as joint lead managers for the offering. According to the company, the funds raised will help meet working capital requirements and remove a key constraint on business expansion.

The additional capital is expected to enable the company to procure larger volumes of agricultural produce, expand processing capacity and better convert international demand into export revenues.

Pakistan’s fruit and vegetable exports stood at approximately $470 million during fiscal year 2026, while SE Fruits & Vegetables Limited recorded export revenue of around $4 million, representing less than one percent of the overall market.

The company aims to increase its export revenue to approximately $18 million in fiscal year 2027, potentially raising its market share to around four percent.

The company said that securing regulatory approvals and proceeding with the IPO would not only provide additional capital but also help overcome its working capital constraints and support the next phase of growth in its export business.

Support HRNW’s independent journalism and humanitarian reporting.
Donate now: www.hrnww.com/?page_id=1083

Karachi (HRNW)- The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of SE Fruits & Vegetables Limited, marking a major step toward the company’s listing on the stock exchange.
