The call has a maximum total allocation of <strong>\u20ac9 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\ud83c\udf0d Scope of Funding<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The programme will support humanitarian mine action activities including:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Mine clearance and demining<\/li>\n<li>Explosive ordnance risk education<\/li>\n<li>Victim assistance<\/li>\n<li>Stockpile destruction<\/li>\n<li>Mine-action advocacy<\/li>\n<li>Local capacity building<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Priority funding areas include <strong>Ukraine, Syria, Palestine<\/strong>, and global humanitarian mine-action support.<\/p>\n<h2>\ud83d\udcb0 Funding Range<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The total available funding is up to:<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>\u20ac9 million for 2027\u20132029<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Maximum allocations include:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Ukraine:<\/strong> \u20ac6 million<\/li>\n<li><strong>Syria:<\/strong> \u20ac1.5 million<\/li>\n<li><strong>Palestine:<\/strong> \u20ac1 million<\/li>\n<li><strong>Global support:<\/strong> \u20ac500,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The Ministry may award funding to one or more eligible applicants depending on the evaluation and available budget.<\/p>\n<h2>\ud83d\udccb Eligibility Criteria<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Eligible applicants must be International NGOs that:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Are legally registered as nonprofit organizations<\/li>\n<li>Have operated for at least three years<\/li>\n<li>Have operations in at least three countries<\/li>\n<li>Have annual expenditure of at least \u20ac3 million in each of the previous two financial years<\/li>\n<li>Have managed at least \u20ac2 million in qualifying development-cooperation grants during 2023\u20132025<\/li>\n<li>Have funding from at least two other sources<\/li>\n<li>Maintain appropriate financial, risk-management and safeguarding systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Applicants must also provide at least <strong>10% own financial contribution<\/strong> toward eligible project costs.<\/p>\n<h2>\ud83d\udcdd Application Process<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Interested organizations should:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Review the official call documentation<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a three-year project proposal<\/li>\n<li>Complete the online application form<\/li>\n<li>Provide audited financial statements and organizational documents<\/li>\n<li>Submit the required human-rights, gender and monitoring information<\/li>\n<li>Submit the completed application through the official Finnish government grant portal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The application deadline is <strong>4 September 2026 at 16:00 Finnish time (UTC+3)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\ud83d\udce7 Contact Email<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><a href=\"mailto:ingo.um@gov.fi\"><strong>ingo.um@gov.fi<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Technical questions concerning the application portal can be directed to the Finnish State Treasury&#8217;s support service.<\/p>\n<h2>\u26a0\ufe0f Important Note<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The funding is specifically designed for <strong>international NGOs<\/strong>, and meeting the eligibility requirements does not automatically guarantee a grant.
