Araqchi, responding to recent statements by US President Donald Trump, said the US strategy of imposing economic pressure and sanctions on Tehran has repeatedly failed to achieve its objectives. He argued that continuing such policies would only lead to further failures and could negatively affect international trade, energy markets and global supply chains.<\/p>\n
In a statement on X, Araqchi also referred to a New York Times<\/em> report concerning US national debt, claiming that Washington is using aggressive economic measures against Iran to divert attention from its own economic challenges.
