Karachi (HRNW):<\/strong> Site-A Investigation Police have safely recovered an 11 to 12-year-old girl, Iqra<\/strong>, who had gone missing from a private school in Pathan Colony, following a technical investigation in Thatta district.<\/p>\n

According to SSP Investigation District Keamari Masroor Ahmed Jatoi<\/strong>, Iqra went missing on August 5<\/strong> after leaving the private school following dismissal.<\/p>\n

A case concerning the girl\u2019s alleged abduction was registered against unidentified suspects at Site-A Police Station. An investigation team was immediately formed to trace her whereabouts.<\/p>\n

According to the SSP, the team, formed under the supervision of Inspector Muhammad Masood<\/strong>, used technical resources and examined CCTV footage from various locations as part of the investigation.<\/p>\n

Police said the preliminary investigation revealed that the girl had become upset after being scolded by her mother and did not return home from school. After leaving school, she went to a female friend\u2019s house and later reached a civil hospital.<\/p>\n

According to police, a family who had visited the hospital for medical treatment found the girl there without anyone accompanying her. Out of concern, the family took her to their home in Thatta.<\/p>\n

The investigation team subsequently traced the girl through technical means and safely recovered her from Thatta district.<\/p>\n

SSP Masroor Ahmed Jatoi said the recovered girl has been safely handed over to her mother and will be presented before the court to record her statement as part of the legal process.<\/p>\n
