KARACHI (HRNW)<\/strong> \u2014 After a gap of nearly 26 years<\/strong>, the holy month of Ramadan is set to return during the winter season, bringing back nostalgic memories for those who experienced winter Ramadans in 1999 and 2000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to astronomical estimates, Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin around February 8<\/strong>, although the final date will be determined by the sighting of the moon.<\/p>\n

Winter Ramadan carries its own unique memories \u2014 waking up early for suhoor under a warm quilt<\/strong>, enjoying hot tea and parathas, shorter fasting hours and experiencing less thirst because of the cold weather.<\/p>\n

Then comes iftar<\/strong>, with steaming hot pakoras, samosas and other traditional foods adding to the special atmosphere of winter Ramadan.<\/p>\n
