Oslo, Norway (HRNW):<\/strong> The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), together with more than 50 international humanitarian organizations<\/strong>, has renewed concerns that administrative restrictions affecting humanitarian organizations could significantly impede relief operations in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. The coalition warned that additional operational barriers could affect the timely delivery of life-saving assistance to civilians in need.<\/p>\n

The joint statement emphasized that humanitarian organizations require secure access, operational independence, and the ability to protect staff and beneficiaries while delivering emergency assistance. The coalition called for measures that facilitate humanitarian work in accordance with international humanitarian principles of neutrality, impartiality, and independence.<\/p>\n

NRC continues implementing emergency shelter, education, legal assistance, water, sanitation, and livelihood programmes for displaced communities across multiple humanitarian crises. The organization reaffirmed its commitment to supporting refugees and internally displaced persons through both emergency response and long-term recovery initiatives.<\/p>\n
