Karachi (HRNW):<\/strong> A Judicial Magistrate in Karachi East has approved the application filed by the family of businessman Mir Ali Raza<\/strong> seeking the exhumation of his body.<\/p>\n

The court had previously reserved its verdict after hearing arguments on the application. In its decision, the court granted permission for the exhumation and directed the Secretary of Health<\/strong> to constitute a medical board<\/strong> to oversee the process.<\/p>\n
