Islamabad (HRNW)<\/a>:<\/strong> A tragic incident occurred in the federal capital where the teenage son of an Islamabad High Court judge ran over two young women riding an electric scooter, killing them instantly.<\/p>\n

The accident took place last night within the jurisdiction of the Secretariat Police Station. Eyewitnesses reported that the vehicle was speeding, and the impact was so severe that the scooter was thrown several feet away. The victims, aged 25 and 27, died on the spot.<\/p>\n

According to sources, the driver was identified as Abuzar, son of Justice Muhammad Asif<\/strong>. Initial investigations revealed that the teenager was recording a video on the social media app Snapchat<\/strong> at the time of the crash. Reports further indicate that Abuzar was born in July 2009, making him underage, and that he possessed neither a driving license nor an identity card.<\/p>\n

Police arrested the suspect and seized the vehicle. He was later presented before a local court, where the police requested a seven-day physical remand. However, the court approved a four-day remand<\/strong> instead.<\/p>\n

The remand report stated that one of the deceased women worked as an interior designer at the National College of Arts (NCA)<\/strong>. It was also revealed that immediately after the crash, the accused threw away his mobile phone. Police are now working to recover the phone and examine any videos related to the incident.<\/p>\n

Authorities said the suspect\u2019s age determination test<\/strong> will be conducted, CCTV footage from the scene will be collected, and it will be verified whether he was alone in the vehicle at the time of the crash.<\/p>\n

According to police sources, the suspect\u2019s permanent address is in Quetta<\/strong>, and a case has been registered against him under charges of negligence, reckless driving, and causing death by dangerous driving<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
