Sahiwal (HRNW)<\/strong> \u2013 The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Faisalabad Zone, Sahiwal Composite Circle<\/strong> has taken action against human smuggling and arrested a suspect accused of defrauding a citizen by promising a Dubai work visa without a valid license.<\/p>\n

According to FIA officials, the suspect Naseer Ahmed<\/strong> was arrested in connection with FIR No. 49\/2026<\/strong> registered by the Sahiwal Composite Circle.<\/p>\n

The accused allegedly collected Rs. 400,000<\/strong> from a citizen by falsely promising to arrange a Dubai work visa despite not holding an Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) license<\/strong>. However, the accused allegedly failed to provide the promised visa after receiving the payment.<\/p>\n

FIA stated that the case was registered under Sections 17\/22 of the Immigration Ordinance 1979<\/strong> on the basis of inquiry E-1492\/25<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Further investigation against the arrested suspect is underway, while authorities are also investigating the involvement of other individuals linked to illegal overseas employment networks and human smuggling activities.<\/p>\n

FIA officials have advised citizens to use only legal and registered channels for overseas employment and visa services to avoid becoming victims of fraud and exploitation.<\/p>\n
