In its latest assessment, UNICEF called on governments and international partners to strengthen social protection systems and increase investments in child-focused services to prevent long-term setbacks for children’s rights.<\/p>\n

According to UNICEF, children are disproportionately affected by economic shocks, with many families struggling to access adequate food, healthcare, education, and social services. The organization emphasized that early investment in children is essential to achieving sustainable development and reducing inequalities.<\/p>\n
