The hearing was conducted by Judicial Magistrate Shaishta Kundi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:align-top\">According to the court order, this action was taken after Umar Ayub remained absconding and failed to appear despite repeated summons. The court has directed the concerned police station and law enforcement agencies to arrest the accused and present him before the court.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:align-top\">Case background<br \/>\nThis case is linked to the protest held on 26 November last year, in which various charges were registered against PTI leaders and workers.
