Police sources say the main suspect is Noor Ali, a student at the same madrasa, who allegedly repeatedly drugged the victim and committed sexual abuse over several days.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:align-top\">Sources say the child died after being given an overdose of intoxicating pills. Following forensic and medical sample matches, the suspect reportedly confessed to the crime, police added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:align-top\">A murder and sexual\u2011assault case has been registered at Chambur police station at the behest of the victim\u2019s heirs, and the suspect has been arrested.
