Lahore (HRNW)<\/strong> \u2013 The Special Central Court in Lahore heard the case against former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi and other co-accused. During the proceedings, the Court accepted Chaudhry Parvez Elahi’s application seeking exemption from personal appearance for one day.<\/p>\n

The Court also directed counsel to present further arguments on Chaudhry Parvez Elahi’s acquittal application at the next hearing and adjourned the case until 15 September<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Lahore<\/strong>, has already submitted the charge sheet (challan) before the Court, and legal proceedings are continuing in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n
