Ghizer (HRNW): <\/strong>Chief Justice of the Chief Court of Gilgit-Baltistan Justice Ali Baig<\/strong> has taken notice of the tragic murder case of two brothers in Nazbar village, Tehsil Yasin, Ghizer<\/strong>, and directed the SSP Ghizer<\/strong> to ensure immediate, transparent, and effective investigation along with the early arrest of the suspects.<\/p>\n

The directions were issued after the father of the deceased appeared before the Chief Justice during the inauguration ceremony of the new building of the Civil Court Yasin and submitted a written application seeking justice and immediate arrest of those responsible.<\/p>\n

Expressing sympathy with the bereaved father, Chief Justice Justice Ali Baig stated that the case was highly sensitive and important. He said the entire area shared the family\u2019s grief over the tragic incident.<\/p>\n

The Chief Justice expressed concern that despite the passage of one month since the incident, the suspects had not yet been identified or arrested, stressing that immediate progress in the investigation was necessary.<\/p>\n

Justice Ali Baig stated that such serious crimes attempt to disturb peace and stability in society; however, no criminal can escape the reach of the law, and those involved would be brought before the court of law.<\/p>\n

The Chief Justice directed the SSP Ghizer to accelerate the investigation on an emergency basis, utilize all available resources, trace and arrest the suspects immediately, and ensure that all legal requirements of justice are fulfilled.<\/p>\n

It is pertinent to mention that unidentified suspects had killed two real brothers in Nazbar village, Yasin<\/strong>. Despite the passage of one month, the suspects have not yet been identified or arrested.<\/p>\n
