Islamabad (HRNW):<\/strong> Judicial Commission of Pakistan member Farooq H. Naek<\/strong> has submitted a list of nominees for appointment as Additional Judges of the Sindh High Court<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to reports, Senator Farooq H. Naek has formally forwarded a list of 16 nominees<\/strong> to the Secretary of the **Judicial Commission of Pakistan> under Article 175A<\/strong> of the Constitution of Pakistan.<\/p>\n

The proposed list comprises two District and Sessions Judges (DSJs)<\/strong> and 14 advocates<\/strong>. The two judicial officers recommended are Dr. Ambreen<\/strong>, District and Sessions Judge, Karachi West, and Ghulam Shah<\/strong>, District and Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.<\/p>\n

The advocates nominated for consideration include Shazia Hunjrah<\/strong>, Mohsin Shahwani<\/strong>, Barrister Zulfiqar Jalbani<\/strong>, Barrister Jamshed Malik<\/strong>, Barrister Sandeep Mulani<\/strong>, Nasrullah Korai<\/strong>, Qazi Muhammad Bashir<\/strong>, Dr. Shahnawaz Memon<\/strong>, Samiullah Soomro<\/strong>, Barrister Baloch Ahmed Junejo<\/strong>, Ali Raza Khan<\/strong>, Mukesh Kumar<\/strong>, Ali Gul Abbasi<\/strong>, and Muhammad Rashid Khan Mahar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The nominations will be considered by the Judicial Commission in accordance with the constitutional procedure for appointments to the Sindh High Court.<\/p>\n
