Most of those present were young children attending tuition classes.<\/p>\n<p>Rescue officials reported receiving the emergency call at approximately <strong>4:45 p.m.<\/strong> Rescue teams launched an immediate operation, successfully recovering several children trapped beneath the rubble before completing the search and rescue operation.<\/p>\n<p>According to local residents, the building also functioned as a school during the morning hours, while tuition classes were held later in the day.<\/p>\n<p>Police stated that <strong>construction work was underway on the upper floor<\/strong> of the building, while children were attending classes on the ground floor when the roof collapsed.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities have taken <strong>two individuals, including the property owner<\/strong>, into custody as part of the investigation into the cause of the incident.<\/p>\n<p>Hospital officials at <strong>THQ Hospital Kahna<\/strong> said the six injured children received immediate medical treatment and are currently in stable condition.<\/p>\n<p>Among those reported injured are <strong>Abiha (8), Faria (10), Murtaza (11), Ayan (8), Rabia (7), and Hamida Rehan (30)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>According to the latest official information, the children who lost their lives include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abdullah (8), son of Mustafa<\/li>\n<li>Salman (8), son of Waseem<\/li>\n<li>Arooj (9), daughter of Mustafa<\/li>\n<li>Mahnoor (8), daughter of Farooq<\/li>\n<li>Tashbeeh (7), daughter of Shehzada<\/li>\n<li>Fawad (8), son of Muhammad Abid<\/li>\n<li>Iman Fatima (11), daughter of Mustafa<\/li>\n<li>Khadija (12), daughter of Waseem<\/li>\n<li>Arooj (6), daughter of Murtaza<\/li>\n<li>Artaza (4)<\/li>\n<li>Rimsha (6)<\/li>\n<li>Ali (6), son of Farman<\/li>\n<li>Arham (8), son of Hassan Ali<\/li>\n<li>Dua (7), daughter of Gulfam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Authorities have launched an investigation to determine whether negligence or violations of building safety regulations contributed to the collapse.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Important Note<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This report is based on information released by rescue services, police, hospital officials, and Punjab health authorities.
