The competitive bidding process generated substantial revenue, with private logistics and management firms securing contracts worth hundreds of millions of rupees.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"2\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Record Inflows and Successful Contract Allocations<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">According to NHA officials, the highest and most competitive revenue yielded during the open auction was for the <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"113\">Sangjani N-5 Toll Plaza<\/b>, which was leased to a private company for a record-breaking bid of <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"205\">PKR 134.8 million<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">The fiscal evaluation of the auction further highlighted other major commercial acquisitions:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"5\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\">The <b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"4\">Phrongar Toll Plaza<\/b> contract was successfully auctioned.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\">The <b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"4\">Ranipur Toll Plaza<\/b> contract was awarded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\">Both facilities fetched successful bids exceeding <b data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"50\">PKR 120 million<\/b> each.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"6\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Commitment to Fiscal Transparency and Non-Conclusive Auctions<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">The NHA administration emphasized that the entire auctioning framework was carried out in a strictly transparent, public, and legally sound manner, aimed at maximizing the generation of legitimate revenue for the national exchequer.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">However, the authority disclosed that the bidding remained inconclusive for a few key geographical points due to a lack of viable or financially compliant offers that met the state&#8217;s baseline threshold.
