The builders have completely bypassed structural stability assessments and mandatory No-Objection Certificates (NOCs).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Technical experts and area residents warn that such unauthorized vertical expansions place an unsustainable load on the building&#8217;s foundation and the locality\u2019s aging civic infrastructure.
