The court has issued bailable warrants for the arrest of the Director of SBCA East and three others following allegations of corruption, criminal negligence, and the illegal conversion of a residential plot into a commercial project.<\/p>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"2\" \/>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"3\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Case Overview and Findings<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">After keeping view the arguments made by the complainant`s advocate Nadeem Ahmed Jamal Advocate the order, dated May 6, 2026, stems from a direct complaint (No. 06\/2026) filed by citizen Afaq Hussain.
