According to international media reports, US Judge Kenneth Karas issued the document, which is being described as Epstein\u2019s alleged handwritten note. The note reportedly states: \u201cIt is special that a person can choose the time to say goodbye.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Reports say the note was found by Epstein\u2019s former prison cellmate Nicholas Tartaglione, a former police officer who is currently serving multiple life sentences in a separate murder case.<\/p>\n Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in a New York prison in August 2019.
