According to the updated schedule, the single bench of Senior Puisne Judge Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan has been restored.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">The following judicial arrangements will be in place starting next week:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"3\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3,0,0\">The IHC will have 7 single benches and 4 division benches available for hearings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">First Division Bench:<\/b> Comprising Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif, this bench will hear all types of cases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Second Division Bench:<\/b> Comprising Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir, this bench is designated to hear tax-related cases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Third Division Bench:<\/b> Comprising Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro and Justice Muhammad Asif, this bench has been formed to hear criminal cases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Fourth Division Bench:<\/b> Comprising Justice Azam Khan and Justice Inaam Amin Minhas, this bench will also preside over all types of cases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">According to the roster, Justice Muhammad Asif will serve as a member of two separate division benches.<\/p>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"5\" \/>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Appeal for Support:<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Support <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"28\">HRNW<\/b>, the world\u2019s No. 1 human rights news portal, in its mission to be a timely voice for human rights and public issues.
