Islamabad (HRNW)- A new diplomatic dispute has arisen after a statement released by Pakistan\u2019s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif on the social media platform \u201cX\u201d.<\/p>\n
The Defense Minister said in his statement that \u201cIsrael is a curse to humanity\u201d and that the alleged \u201cgenocide\u201d is ongoing in Lebanon during the peace talks in Islamabad. He also expressed serious concern over the situation in Gaza, Iran and Lebanon.<\/p>\n
The post was later removed from social media, but during this time the statement quickly went viral and became a topic of discussion in various circles.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, reacting to this statement, the Israeli Prime Minister called it \u201cextremely provocative\u201d. He said that such a statement by the Defense Minister of a country like Pakistan, which presents itself as an impartial mediator for peace, cannot be acceptable.<\/p>\n
