Specifically, illegal construction is currently underway on <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"331\">Plot No. 110-A<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"2\">Fraudulent Sales and Infrastructure Decay<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Local residents report that the builder mafia is selling these illegal units for tens of millions of rupees through private agreements, while keeping buyers completely in the dark about potential future legal consequences or losses.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Public anxiety is high, as many recall the <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"43\">Nasla Tower case<\/b>, where citizens lost their life savings due to similar illegal constructions.
