The court has directed the police to arrest Burki and present him before the court.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"2\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Hearing Details<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">The case was heard by ATC Judge <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"32\">Tahir Abbas Sipra<\/b>. However, the court expressed its displeasure over the absence of Fathullah Burki, leading to the issuance of the warrants.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Background of the Case<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">The case was registered at the <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"31\">Secretariat Police Station<\/b> in Islamabad against several PTI-affiliated lawyers. The charges involve the alleged physical assault and harassment of Khawar Maneka within the court premises during a high-profile hearing.
