The petitioner\u2019s counsel argued that after serving 28 years in the Ministry of Health, the official was transferred to DRAP. However, upon retirement, DRAP refused to include his previous years of service and subsequently withheld his pension and other financial dues.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"4\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Court Proceedings and Strict Measures<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">During the hearing, the court expressed strong dissatisfaction with the delays:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Indictment Decision:<\/b> The bench rejected the request for more time by DRAP&#8217;s legal team and announced the decision to frame charges against the CEO in the contempt case.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Prosecutor Appointment:<\/b> The court has appointed the <b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"52\">Advocate General of Sindh<\/b> as the prosecutor for this contempt of court trial.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Show-Cause Notice:<\/b> A formal show-cause notice has been issued to CEO Dr. Obaidullah Malik.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Attendance Order:<\/b> The court has ordered the <b data-path-to-node=\"6,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"44\">SSP Islamabad<\/b> to ensure the appearance of the DRAP CEO at the next hearing without fail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">DRAP\u2019s Stance and Judicial Reaction<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">The lawyer for DRAP argued that existing internal laws do not allow for the inclusion of previous service years, though legislation is currently being drafted to address this.
