ISLAMABAD (HRNW):<\/b> Official sources have revealed that a new luxury vehicle, valued at approximately Rs 90 million<\/b>, has been purchased for Senate Chairman Yousaf Raza Gillani and delivered to the Senate Secretariat.<\/p>\n

In a conversation with a private news channel, Chairman Gillani confirmed the acquisition, stating that the vehicle was procured using the Senate’s internal budget. He clarified that the order for the vehicle was placed in May of last year and was funded by savings from the previous fiscal year’s budget.<\/p>\n

Addressing the timing of the delivery, the Senate Chairman mentioned that an attempt was made to return the vehicle in consideration of the country\u2019s current economic challenges. However, he explained that since the vehicle had already been delivered following the fulfillment of the prior order, returning it was no longer a viable option.<\/p>\n
