Islamabad (HRNW)<\/a> \u2013<\/strong> A six-member larger bench of the Federal Shariat Court, headed by Chief Justice Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan, is scheduled to hear the intra-court appeal filed by five Islamabad High Court judges on November 24 at 11:30 AM. The bench will also include Justices Hasan Rizvi, Baqar Najfi, K.K. Agha, Rozi Khan, and Arshad Hussain.<\/p>\n

The appeal challenges the Supreme Court\u2019s earlier decision regarding the transfer of judges in Islamabad.<\/p>\n
