This move aims to protect the financial interests of allottees and ensure accountability within the real estate sector.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"2\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Strict Penalties for Defaulting Builders<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">According to Provincial Minister for Local Government, <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"55\">Syed Nasir Hussain Shah<\/b>, the government will no longer tolerate indefinite delays in housing and commercial projects. The following measures have been authorized:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"4\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">License Suspension:<\/b> Builders failing to meet deadlines will have their professional licenses suspended immediately.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Blacklisting:<\/b> Defaulting firms will be &#8220;de-listed&#8221; and barred from obtaining approvals for any new projects in the future.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Public Protection:<\/b> The primary goal is to safeguard the hard-earned money of citizens who often face years of waiting for the possession of their properties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Data Collection and Enforcement<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">The Director General of the SBCA has been formally instructed to compile a comprehensive list of all incomplete and stalled projects across the province.
