Presiding Judge <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"173\">Chaudhry Shahid Hameed<\/b> delivered the verdict, sentencing the convict, <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"243\">Muhammad Ramadan<\/b>, to capital punishment and imposing a fine of <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"306\">Rs 500,000<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">The court\u2019s decision was based on overwhelming evidence and witness testimonies presented by the prosecution. During the trial, Deputy District Public Prosecutor <b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"162\">Sajid Saeed Bhatti<\/b> presented <b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"191\">21 witnesses<\/b> and utilized forensic evidence from advanced digital devices to prove the convict&#8217;s guilt. The prosecution revealed that the motive behind the murder was Ramadan&#8217;s resentment toward his wife&#8217;s social media presence; he had repeatedly demanded she stop making TikTok videos. When Mahnoor refused to comply, he strangled her to death.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">The incident, which took place in 2024, led to a case being registered under <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"77\">Section 302<\/b> (murder) at the <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"105\">Ghaziabad Police Station<\/b>. The prosecutor highlighted the convict&#8217;s calculated behavior, noting that after committing the murder, Ramadan attempted to cover his tracks by driving Mahnoor\u2019s body to various hospitals, pretending to seek emergency medical help.
