The petition, moved by Advocate Jamshed Ali Khawaja, also names Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and the head of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Afghanistan, Hibatullah Akhundzada.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">The application was filed under Sections 22-A and 22-B of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), requesting that authorities initiate proceedings against the named individuals under the Anti-Terrorism Act. Taking up the plea, the court has issued notices to the SSP Complaint Cell Keamari and the SHO of Docks Police Station, directing them to submit a detailed report on the matter by March 5, 2026.
