Justice Rizvi further noted that such conversions lead to the destruction of the urban environment, increased traffic congestion, and a strain on basic utilities.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">The court has directed the relevant authorities to review all decisions regarding commercial conversions in residential areas to ensure proper urban planning and public welfare.
