ISLAMABAD (HRNW)<\/strong> \u2013 Continuous closure of airspace in several countries has disrupted thousands of flights and stranded millions of passengers.<\/p>\n

The airspace of Iran<\/strong>, Iraq<\/strong>, Israel<\/strong>, Kuwait<\/strong>, Bahrain<\/strong>, Qatar<\/strong>, and Syria<\/strong> is completely closed. In addition, the airspace of UAE<\/strong>, Lebanon<\/strong>, and Jordan<\/strong> remains continuously restricted for flights. All airports in the UAE, including Dubai<\/strong> and Abu Dhabi<\/strong>, are expected to remain closed until this afternoon.<\/p>\n

According to a spokesperson from the Pakistan Airports Authority<\/strong>, Pakistan\u2019s airspace is fully open and safe for all types of flights. However, some airlines are avoiding Pakistan and Afghanistan\u2019s airspace as a precaution, according to FlightRadar<\/strong> reports.<\/p>\n

Millions of passengers in the Gulf region are facing severe disruption. In contrast, Saudi Arabia\u2019s airspace is open, and airport flight operations are normal.<\/p>\n

Flight operations in Turkey<\/strong> have resumed, although Turkish Airlines<\/strong> flights are now using longer alternative routes.<\/p>\n
