HYDERABAD (HRNW):<\/b> Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, while addressing a ceremony at the Hyderabad Press Club, expressed unwavering solidarity with the Pakistan Armed Forces amid the ongoing “war-like situation” on the western border. He remarked that while the country faces significant security challenges, the citizens are able to lead their normal lives solely due to the sacrifices and bravery of the military, which continues to thwart the nefarious designs of the enemy. Reflecting on the significance of February 27\u2014the anniversary of the capture of Indian pilot Abhinandan Varthaman\u2014Memon noted that history is repeating itself as Pakistan once again delivers a befitting response to external aggression.<\/p>\n

The Minister delivered a scathing critique of the Afghan Taliban regime, accusing them of “ingratitude and betrayal” toward a nation that had welcomed Afghan citizens as brothers for decades. He alleged that the Taliban regime is now acting as a “proxy and B-team” for India, launching shameful attacks on Pakistani soil at the behest of New Delhi. Memon asserted that since India cannot engage Pakistan in a direct military confrontation, it has resorted to using proxies in Afghanistan to destabilize the region. He emphasized that although Pakistan has consistently prioritized dialogue and patience, this peace-loving policy should never be mistaken for weakness. Concluding his address, the Senior Minister reiterated that the entire nation stands united behind the armed forces and that any attempt to challenge Pakistan\u2019s sovereignty will result in a humiliating defeat for both the proxies and their handlers.<\/p>\n
