It is alleged that a &#8220;cosmetic demolition&#8221; was initially staged to mislead authorities, after which a stay order was obtained from the court to facilitate the resumption of full-scale construction.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"3\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Allegations of SBCA Complicity<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Reports suggest that certain officials within the <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"50\">Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA)<\/b> have allegedly provided a &#8220;green signal&#8221; to the builder.
