Karachi (HRNW): A human torso was discovered stuffed inside a sack in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 5, spreading fear and panic among residents. According to police, the half-torso was found inside a large black plastic bag which had then been placed inside a sack.
Police officials stated that the victim’s body appears to have been cut with a saw or a sharp-edged weapon. The torso was missing both legs and the upper part of the body. The crime scene unit was called to collect evidence from the spot.
According to the SHO, the murder seems to be recent. Efforts are underway to obtain CCTV footage from nearby areas. The recovered human remains have been shifted to Jinnah Hospital for legal and medical procedures.
