Karachi (HRNW): A grand reception was held in Karachi to mark the 66th birthday of Japan’s Emperor Naruhito, hosted by Japanese Consul General Hattori Masaru.
The event took place on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at the Marriott Hotel Karachi, and was attended by distinguished personalities from various walks of life. Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah graced the occasion as the chief guest.
Representatives from diplomatic, government, business, and social circles participated in large numbers. The event highlighted the importance of Pak–Japan friendly relations and emphasized continued cooperation between the two countries.
On the occasion, best wishes were extended for the health and well-being of Emperor Naruhito, while reaffirming the commitment to further strengthen bilateral ties between Pakistan and Japan.
