Gold Prices Drop Internationally and Locally After 9-Day Surge

Karachi (HRNW) Gold prices in both the international and local markets recorded a notable decline today after a continuous 9-day upward trend.

In the global bullion market, the price of gold fell by $27, bringing the per-ounce rate down to $4,218.

Meanwhile, in Pakistan’s local bullion markets, the price of 24-carat gold per tola dropped by Rs2,700, reaching Rs444,162.
The price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs2,315, settling at Rs380,797.
