Islamabad (HRNW)- The federal government has collected Rs828 billion from Petroleum Development Levy (PDL) from July to December. This revenue shows a significant increase compared to the previous fiscal year.
According to sources, PDL revenue during July to November was Rs706 billion, which is Rs284 billion more than the previous year. According to Mudassar Ali Rana, the main reasons for this increase are Rs146 billion additional legal supply of fuel and Rs138 billion increase in prices, which recorded a significant increase in the government’s revenue.
