Addressing a press conference in Bahadurabad alongside central leader Ali Khorshidi and other party officials, Dr. Sattar said that armed groups engaged in riots, damaged government and private properties, set ambulances on fire, and raised anti-Pakistan slogans. He criticized the Supreme Court for declaring many accused innocent and termed the incident a deliberate conspiracy to provoke hatred and unrest in the city.

Farooq Sattar warned that if the government and Sindh Chief Minister do not act against such acts, tensions may escalate further, especially ahead of upcoming Muhajir Culture Day celebrations. He stressed the importance of constitutional adherence and called for reforms to prevent sowing hatred and prejudice among communities.

Ali Khorshidi added that conscious citizens of Karachi cannot tolerate unconstitutional and anti-national actions and emphasized that MQM Pakistan stands firmly with the constitution and the state of Pakistan. Provincial assembly members and other central officials were present at the press conference.
