Islamabad (HRNW) — Senator Faisal Vawda has claimed that former Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed is now preparing to testify against PTI founder Imran Khan.
Speaking on a private TV program, Senator Vawda said that the PTI founder appears to be tightening in the legal noose in the May 9 cases. He added that Faiz Hameed will not only testify but also provide evidence against him.

Vawda further stated that the legal process will not stop here. According to him, Faiz Hameed’s 14-year sentence will not be reduced, and it was his responsibility to provide details of military installations in relation to the May 9 incidents.
He added that former Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa had shown negligence and incompetence, but when he realized the situation, he attempted to remove Faiz Hameed. “General Bajwa was cleared of responsibility, which is why no action will be taken against him,” Vawda said.

According to Senator Vawda, now that the matter has become clearer, the first major legal target will be the PTI and its founder.
