Tehran (HRNW)- Iran’s former crown prince and exiled leader Prince Reza Pahlavi has announced in a video statement that the establishment of an independent, secular and democratic Iran after the end of the Islamic Republic will bring about a fundamental change in the country’s foreign policy.
He will completely dismantle the nuclear military program and stop all support for terrorist groups. He will expand the existing Abraham Accords and turn them into the ‘Cyrus Accords’, under which Iran, Israel and the Arab world will work together for regional peace, cooperation and stability.
He said that a free Iran will normalize relations with the United States and restore friendly relations with the American people. He clarified that financial, military and logistical support for terrorist groups operating abroad will be immediately stopped and Iran will play an active role against terrorism and organized crime at the regional and global levels.
The new concept of the Cyrus Treaty is based on the example of the ancient Persian king Cyrus the Great, in which religious tolerance and mutual respect will be given central importance.
However, supporters of the Islamic Revolution and pro-regime analysts have described this statement as against Iran’s national and nuclear sovereignty and Reza Pahlavi is being described as a tool of Israel and the Mossad.
This vision is being described as historic and promising in the Israeli and Western media, while pro-regime circles in Iran are calling it tantamount to treason.
