Karachi (HRNW)- Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has taken notice of the tragic fire incident that took place in Gul Plaza in Karachi and ordered an immediate inquiry. The Chief Minister has directed the Commissioner Karachi to determine the causes of the incident and submit a detailed report in this regard.
The Chief Minister Sindh expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of lives due to the fire and expressed his heartfelt sympathy to the affected families. He directed that the injured in the incident be provided with the best medical facilities and that no negligence or negligence be committed in their treatment.
Murad Ali Shah also directed the Commissioner Karachi to conduct a complete inspection of the fire safety arrangements in Gul Plaza and to review whether fire safety laws were being implemented or not. The Chief Minister clarified that if any negligence or negligence is found during the investigation, strict action will be taken against the responsible persons.
The Sindh Chief Minister further ordered that an immediate fire safety audit be conducted in all commercial buildings in Karachi and strict implementation of fire safety laws be ensured so that such unfortunate incidents can be avoided in the future.
