Karachi (HRNW)- Chief Secretary Sindh Asif Haider Shah paid a surprise visit to the reception set up for the pilgrims at the Sindh Secretariat. On this occasion, he directly heard the problems of the people visiting the Secretariat and issued orders for immediate redressal measures.
The Chief Secretary Sindh directed the concerned secretaries to resolve public complaints on priority basis and provide facilities to the pilgrims at the earliest. According to the spokesperson of the Chief Secretary, this visit is part of the ongoing efforts to facilitate the pilgrims and provide people-friendly measures.
The Chief Secretary Sindh stressed on active monitoring for the resolution of public problems, reviewing the quality of services in the Secretariat and providing timely justice and facilities to every citizen.
