Lahore (HRNW)- Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Abul Hasanat Zulqarnain, while considering the police’s request in the case, rejected the physical remand of Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha. The police had sought a 7-day physical remand of the two accused, however, the court decided that physical remand was not required in this case.
The court sent the accused to jail on 14 days judicial remand and fixed February 6 as the date for their re-appearance.
