London (HRNW) – Amnesty International has launched a new global advocacy campaign aimed at ending arbitrary detention practices worldwide.
The initiative focuses on political prisoners, journalists, and human rights defenders held without fair trial. The organization is urging governments to reform detention laws, ensure judicial oversight, and release detainees held solely for exercising fundamental freedoms.
