Islamabad (HRNW) — Allama Raja Nasir Abbas has been appointed as the Leader of the Opposition in the Senate. The Chairman Senate has also directed the Senate Secretariat to issue the official notification.
Confirming the development, Senator Ali Zafar stated that the Chairman Senate had informed him of his decision and approved Allama Raja Nasir Abbas’s appointment as the Leader of the Opposition, instructing the issuance of a formal notification.
Following this decision, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas will now lead the opposition in the Senate and represent the opposition’s stance in parliamentary affairs.
