Karachi (HRNW)- Allama Hayat Abbas Najafi, provincial leader of the Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, said that America’s aggressive policies are pushing the Middle East towards further instability. Iran is an independent and sovereign state, and interference in its internal affairs is unacceptable under any circumstances. This move is a clear violation of international law, the United Nations Charter and the principles of state sovereignty and can pose a serious threat to global peace and stability. Standing with Iran is actually standing with the right, sovereignty and oppressed nations. The protest in favor of the people’s elected government in Iran and against the continuous interference, aggressive policies and sabotage of regional peace by the United States and Israel is commendable and worthy of support. The Iranian people have once again proven that they will not compromise on their sovereignty, national dignity and freedom. The political pressure, economic sanctions and military threats against Iran by the United States and Israel are actually a clear violation of international law and the United Nations Charter. These powers seek to protect their interests by continuously destabilizing the Middle East, but now the people of the region have rejected this imperialist agenda. We express our full solidarity with the Iranian government, which, despite all pressure, is steadfast in defending the rights of its people, national sovereignty, and Islamic identity. The peaceful protest of the Iranian people in support of the government is proof that when nations awaken, no power can enslave them. We call on the international community to take notice of the conspiracies, threats, and provocations against Iran by the United States and Israel and to play a fair role for peace and stability in the region.
